Last year I participated in Bocce Ball at my school. Every year my school puts on a Bocce Ball marathon in which we work with people who have disabilities. I have attended this Bocce Ball marathon since the eight grade. I love every second of it because you get to make peoples day and really sit down and get to know them and who they really are as a person. Last year we had a "dance party" inside our schools auditorium for the women who did not want to participate in a Bocce Ball game. We all danced together and had so much fun. And by the smiles on thier faces we could tell that we had made thier day. My school has not yet had its Bocce Ball marathon this year but we will in the near future and I will definitely be attending.

National Honor Society

Recently I was accepted into Nationaol Honor Society. Every since I watched my older brother walk infront of the whole school and get his pin I knew that I just had to get into NHS myself. National Honor Society has four pillars, these pillars include, scholarship, leadership, service, and Character. To be a part of National Honor Society means that you try your very best to demenstrate these four pillars, not that you are them completely. You constantly have to strive to be better and to me that is what makes you worthy of being a part of National Honor Society.
